Man of Parts

Similar to going to a luxury hotel, creating a seamless online experience takes a lot of coordination in the background.

In this experience we're using a private app to connect with a custom inventory system that stores each part of the chair as a product. Each family of fabrics is also a product with each fabric being a variant. This allows for the extremely custom pricing of each chair variation.

We then hooked up all the parts together in an extremely user-friendly unique online store experience.

The bonus is that the rest of the site is a normal Shopify custom theme, so it is easily updatable by non-technical managers.

1 Atelier

The team at 1Atelier was struggling with their online shopping experience. We worked with the customizable luxury handbag brand to speed up their handbag design customizer to help improve conversion.

After we conducted product research that led to a redesign of the landing page, the store's bounce rate went from over 60% to under 20% overnight.
